Solutions Product Manager

Key Responsibilities Market intelligence and competitive analysis - perform research and gather customer needs for solution offerings in existing and new target markets.  Understand buyer behaviors and competitive landscape for target solution sets, then drive solution and positioning to win Develop solutions, positioning, and messaging that differentiates CradlePoint products in target markets Work with other product managers, engineering, marketing and sales to drive holistic solutions that meet target market needs Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team, channel partners, and value-added distributors and work with the marketing team to develop the sales tools that support the selling process Solution launch – plan the introduction of new solutions and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan Work with 3rd party partners to integrate into CradlePoint branded or co-branded offerings Demand generation – Work with the marketing team to develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for CradlePoint solutions.

QA Specialist

QA Specialist is responsible for executing written tests, recording results and reporting on those results. Testing may be performed on router firmware and/or web-based SaaS management platform. Test Engineers must use skills in intermediate PC usage, routers and networking to configure all relative test equipment. They may also write or maintain test documentation, as necessary. Some Exploratory testing may be performed. They will frequently work with various types of networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.), and may be required to configure those devices with prepared scripts.  

QA Analyst (Hardware)

The QA Analyst I (HW) performs an extensive evaluation of new product designs to ensure the design is suitable for its intended application and meets CradlePoint’s high quality standards. You will work with experienced teams of hardware, firmware, software and QA engineers and learn best practices to successfully qualify cellular modems and 802.11 wireless networking products. QA Analyst I (HW) is responsible for analyzing incoming hardware, capabilities and solutions/use cases, as defined by the product management team, then evaluate the risk and qualification effort. You will then perform and document initial qualification on the hardware to establish baseline metrics and design test cases, approaches and methodologies to be used in QA testing. You may need to create scripts or automated harnesses to accomplish the device qualification and testing. QA Analyst I (HW) will frequently work with various types and brands of networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.), and may be required to configure those devices. Additionally, since CradlePoint is a cellular networking company, you will frequently work with cellular data modems, RF diagnostics and terminologies.

Security Program Manager

Under the direction of the Director of IT, the Senior Security Program Manager will design, implement, maintain and support the overall security program. This is will include policy definition, process enhancement, training, and suggestions for system changes needed to meet security requirements. The Program Manager will also be responsible for responding to and investigating security incidents and alerts. It is important for the Program Manager to understand the needs and goals of CradlePoint and be able to develop an appropriate project plan to meet those goals.  The Program Manager must be flexible and assertive while being approachable and having excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Marketing Automation Specialist

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for managing, programming and improving our marketing automation system for demand generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and automated communications programs. Main responsibilities include the setup, deployment, and management of e-mail marketing efforts that include the creation of landing pages and web contact forms. The overall purpose of this position is to help drive new leads to our Inside Sales team by deploying and managing outbound campaigns.  This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing, but would work day-to-day with the Content Marketing Manager and other Marketing Automation Specialists in creating, deploying and managing campaigns. This is a team environment position, but individual contribution and accountability is a requirement.  The successful candidate will have a data driven attitude with the ability to analyze data and build campaigns that align with company objectives.  A unique obsession with data hygiene is highly preferred.  Applicants should be well versed in lifecycle management, closed loop, top of funnel and revenue marketing. QA Engineers must use skills in advanced PC usage, routers and networking to configure all relative test equipment. They must also write scripts, utilities and test documentation, as necessary. The QA Engineer II is considered a mid-level position with expectation of deep fundamental knowledge of testing principles and methodologies. Heavy exploratory testing will be performed. They will frequently work with various types and brands of networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.), and may be required to configure those devices. Additionally, QA Engineers will frequently work with cellular data modems, RF diagnostics and terminologies. QA Engineers will also be involved in handling customer escalations from the Support Team, when necessary. Development Operations Engineer
