The CradlePoint Sales Organization is looking for a Channel Sales Manager who will own responsibility for the sales growth and relationships with our DMR partners (CDW, Zones, 3G Store, etc) and multiple VAR partners in the region (IL, IN, WI, MI). The Channel Sales Manager will build business plans that align tactical account or partner plans with corporate strategy, as well as build local business plans that adapt and execute regional priorities to local business realities. They will also ensure that the partner sales force is trained, skilled, motivated, measured appropriately, and rewarded commensurately and will provide coaching and mentoring, and will challenge individuals and teams to improve sales performance. They will actively recruit to provide CradlePoint with superior sales talent, manage pipeline size, shape, and velocity and provide timely, accurate forecasts. The QA Analyst I (HW) performs an extensive evaluation of new product designs to ensure the design is suitable for its intended application and meets CradlePoint’s high quality standards. You will work with experienced teams of hardware, firmware, software and QA engineers and learn best practices to successfully qualify cellular modems and 802.11 wireless networking products.
QA Analyst I (HW) is responsible for analyzing incoming hardware, capabilities and solutions/use cases, as defined by the product management team, then evaluate the risk and qualification effort. You will then perform and document initial qualification on the hardware to establish baseline metrics and design test cases, approaches and methodologies to be used in QA testing. You may need to create scripts or automated harnesses to accomplish the device qualification and testing. QA Analyst I (HW) will frequently work with various types and brands of networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.), and may be required to configure those devices. Additionally, since CradlePoint is a cellular networking company, you will frequently work with cellular data modems, RF diagnostics and terminologies.
Under the direction of the Director of IT, the Senior Security Program Manager will design, implement, maintain and support the overall security program. This is will include policy definition, process enhancement, training, and suggestions for system changes needed to meet security requirements. The Program Manager will also be responsible for responding to and investigating security incidents and alerts.

This is an individual contributor role and the ideal candidate should enjoy personally creating systems and solving a variety of problems. These tests will typically be run on prototypes during the R&D phase to confirm the design is robust. The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for managing, programming and improving our marketing automation system for demand generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and automated communications programs.
