Accounting Manager

Marketing Program Manager 1 – Content Marketing

The Content Marketing Manager oversees all marketing content initiatives across multiple platforms and formats to support lead gen, brand awareness, channel partner program and customer retention campaigns. The primary focus is creating content that helps drive leads and brand awareness as it relates to existing products and new product launches. Example content development includes case studies, white papers, webinar decks, videos and channel partner communications.  This individual is very experienced in all things related to creating quality content that drives engagement with prospects, and staying focused on brand consistency, content segmentation based on target audience, and diving into the analytics of the content performance. The position will mainly collaborate with the marketing, sales, product marketing and channel marketing teams to help define the best content, timing, and positioning as it relates to new customer acquisition. QA Engineer II

CradlePoint, a worldwide leader in broadband wireless networking for distributed enterprise, seeks a QA Engineer II.  The QA Engineer II will be responsible for executing written tests, recording results and reporting on those results. Testing will be performed on both router firmware and web-based SaaS management platform. QA Engineers must use skills in advanced PC usage, routers and networking to configure all relative test equipment. They must also write scripts, utilities and test documentation, as necessary. The QA Engineer II is considered a mid-level position with expectation of deep fundamental knowledge of testing principles and methodologies. Heavy exploratory testing will be performed. They will frequently work with various types and brands of networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.), and may be required to configure those devices. Additionally, QA Engineers will frequently work with cellular data modems, RF diagnostics and terminologies. QA Engineers will also be involved in handling customer escalations from the Support Team, when necessary. Senior Systems Administrator

The Senior Systems Administrator will plan, build, and maintain the CradlePoint IT infrastructure.  Primary responsibilities include network infrastructure maintenance and support, as well as, hardware and software support of onsite and offsite physical and virtual servers.  Additional primary responsibilities include coordinating with various departments within the organization to continuously design and implement improvements with the distributed IT infrastructure, supporting and enabling the organization’s business ventures.  This person will also be responsible for developing, mentoring and training other IT staff.  Secondary responsibilities include potentially assisting engineering and operations teams with maintaining customer facing services and applications, as well as mentoring junior system administrators on the team.  The successful candidate must be very self-motivated, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and be a team player.  Occasional user support and on call duties will be necessary as required.

Firmware Engineer L2

Level two Firmware Engineers are responsible for the design and development of CradlePoint wireless routers connecting to Cellular broadband modems. Engineers are also responsible for the development of new network routing components, cellular modem support and/or User Interface components within the router. Other requirements of the level two position include, but are not limited to strong programming and debugging skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to determine software needs.
