Channel Account Manager- Southeast Region

The Cradlepoint Sales Organization is looking for a Channel Account Manager who will manage the Partner sales within a designated country, territory, or region and will be primarily responsible for Cradlepoint-led or partner-led selling motions, and ensuring appropriate account coverage. The Channel Account Manager will build business plans that align tactical account or partner plans with corporate strategy, as well as build local business plans that adapt and execute regional priorities and company growth initiatives.   They will also ensure that the partner sales force is trained, skilled, motivated, measured appropriately, and rewarded commensurately and will provide coaching and mentoring, and will challenge individuals and teams to improve sales performance.   They will actively recruit to provide Cradlepoint with superior sales talent, manage pipeline size, shape, and velocity and provide timely, accurate forecasts.   In addition to the above, the Channel Account Manager will remove obstacles that inhibit team success.

VP of Global Support

The VP of Global Support is a customer-focused leader responsible for the Company's highly successful worldwide Enterprise Support team.  The VP will set standards, policies and procedures for effective use of the team. This position will work closely with the Sales Department to ensure customers’ needs are being met and to understand the business implications of our work.  Responsibilities also include development of key tools to deliver services.  The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).   The VP of Global Support is a customer-focused leader responsible for the Company's highly successful worldwide Enterprise Support team.  

Distribution Account Manager - East Coast Based

Manage the Cradlepoint relationship with tier one distributors at both the tactical and strategic level.  Own revenue and margin goal achievement, as well as other KPIs.    

Inside Sales Supervisor

The Inside Sales Supervisor will be responsible for building and leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives. The ISRs are responsible for meeting and exceeding a sales quota by excelling at key critical success factors, including outbound calling, opportunity identification and pipeline maturation. ISRs are expected to be trusted advisors for end-users, partners and carrier representatives and the Supervisor is responsible for educating, coaching and developing the ISRs to be in the best position to achieve these goals.

Senior Systems Analyst

Cradlepoint is looking for a seasoned Systems Analyst who will be responsible for advanced reporting and conducting data analysis to assure and assist in development of future business strategies and current needs.  Must have problem solving skills and be capable of breaking down complex situations to discover and resolve root causes, this applies to both technical and process issues.  

QA Engineer (FW)

QA Engineer is responsible for executing written tests, recording results and reporting on those results. Testing will be performed on both router firmware and web-based SaaS management platform. QA Engineers must use skills in advanced PC usage, routers and networking to configure all relative test equipment. They must also write scripts, utilities and test documentation, as necessary. QA Engineer is considered a mid-level position with expectation of deep fundamental knowledge of testing principles and methodologies. Heavy Exploratory testing will be performed. They will frequently work with various types and brands of networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.), and may be required to configure those devices. Heavy use of software configuration and monitoring will be emphasized during test. Additionally, since CradlePoint is a cellular networking company, QA Engineers will frequently work with cellular data modems, RF diagnostics and terminologies.
