The Competitive Intelligence Program Manager will provide competitive research expertise and project leadership, with demonstrated experience in identifying threats, opportunities, and preparing insights recommendations for senior management. Security Program Manager

Under the direction of the Director of IT, the Security Program Manager will design, implement, maintain and support the overall security program. This is will include policy definition, process enhancement, training, and suggestions for system changes needed to meet security requirements. The Program Manager will also be responsible for responding to and investigating security incidents and alerts. Marketing Automation Specialist

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for managing, programming and improving our marketing automation system for demand generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and automated communications programs. Main responsibilities include the setup, deployment, and management of e-mail marketing efforts that include the creation of landing pages and web contact forms. The overall purpose of this position is to help drive new leads to our Inside Sales team by deploying and managing outbound campaigns.  This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing, but would work day-to-day with the Content Marketing Manager and other Marketing Automation Specialists in creating, deploying and managing campaigns. QA Engineer 2

CradlePoint, a worldwide leader in broadband wireless networking for distributed enterprise, seeks a QA Engineer II.  The QA Engineer II will be responsible for executing written tests, recording results and reporting on those results. Testing will be performed on both router firmware and web-based SaaS management platform. QA Engineers must use skills in advanced PC usage, routers and networking to configure all relative test equipment. They must also write scripts, utilities and test documentation, as necessary. The QA Engineer II is considered a mid-level position with expectation of deep fundamental knowledge of testing principles and methodologies. Heavy exploratory testing will be performed. They will frequently work with various types and brands of networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.), and may be required to configure those devices. Additionally, QA Engineers will frequently work with cellular data modems, RF diagnostics and terminologies. QA Engineers will also be involved in handling customer escalations from the Support Team, when necessary. Enterprise Support Engineer L1

CradlePoint, a worldwide leader in broadband wireless networking for distributed enterprise, seeks an Enterprise Support Engineer.  The Enterprise Support Engineer will resolve customer concerns in networking protocols, including cellular transmissions, standards and protocols. This position requires daily customer contact through inbound calls, chat, e-mail and direct contact on-site or in labs to determine the exact nature of the customer's problems. Engineers will escalate to Level 2 and 3 Engineers. Other daily tasks include generation of solutions for our on-line knowledge base. In addition to technical experience the Enterprise Support Engineer must have good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills as well as be self-motivated, detail-oriented and well organized.
