All states may access the Master Agreement by executing a Participating Addendum (PA) with Cradlepoint. All eligible public sector entities within a state may purchase from their state’s PA.

Shipping terms are FOB destination, freight prepaid and allowed. Standard shipping costs are included in the net price. No additional standard shipping or freight charges will be added to invoices.

NASPO is a nonprofit association dedicated to strengthening the procurement community through education, research, and communication. It is made up of the directors of the central purchasing offices in each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the territories of the United States.
