State Participating Addendums
All states may access the Master Agreement by executing a Participating Addendum (PA) with Cradlepoint. All eligible public sector entities within a state may purchase from their state’s PA.

Cradlepoint has selected qualified resellers to sell Cradlepoint products and services under this contract. Authorized Resellers will take orders directly from customers, provide quotes, invoice, and receive payment.
Shipping terms are FOB destination, prepaid, and allowed. Standard shipping costs are included in the net price. No additional standard shipping or freight charges will be added to invoices.
