Norman Fekrat, Managing Partner, Imagine Wireless

Norman has over 30 years of experience advising major telecom, Internet, technology, and media companies through major transformational programs including strategic new product revenue growth and substantial cost reduction. In addition, Norman has assisted innovative start-ups looking to scale their businesses and disrupt mature industries/markets. Norman is currently the founder and managing partner at Imagine Wireless, a consulting firm driving digital transformation across the telecom and the industrial sectors. Prior to this role, Norman was a vice president at IBM responsible for their telecom network practice and a managing partner at Accenture, leading part of their communications, media, and high-tech Industry. Norman holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from The Catholic University of America. He resides in Washington D.C.

Mark Bole, VP of Business Development, Cradlepoint

Mark has over 35 years’ experience in the mobile and technology industries and was CEO of Quortus, a leading player in private wireless networking, for 4 years prior to joining Cradlepoint in 2021.Previously CEO of several successful VC and private equity backed companies including mobile core networks, mobile social media consumer services, digital marketing and wireless intellectual property, Mark has a deep understanding of building sustainable value growth. Prior to his entrepreneurial days, Mark was Vice President Nokia, responsible for Global Customers and Internet Solutions worldwide. With an early career in electronics and software R&D, Mark has delivered business growth across more than 30 countries worldwide, lived in USA and several countries in Asia and in Europe, and has had P&L responsibility for the multibillion dollar wireless network infrastructure business. Mark currently holds an honors degree in Electronics Engineering, and an MBA with distinctions in Strategy and Managing Knowledge, Mark is currently studying a Masters degree in Innovation.

Matt Addicks — Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager, Private Cellular - Cradlepoint

Leading marketing and strategy efforts for Private Cellular at Cradlepoint, Matt is responsible for further developing Cradlepoint’s go-to-market strategies while enabling partners to support the entire Private Cellular solution. Matt brings over 15 years of experience in IT and telecom across many verticals focused on Private Cellular, IoT, LTE/5G, Wi-Fi, and networking. Matt has a great deal of experience in the channel working with many vendors across the entire IT/telecom ecosystem.
