• State Agency Instructions
  • State agencies must solicit a minimum of three offers. This does not apply to orders valued less than $10,000.
• Local Governmental Agency Instructions. If you are not a state agency, you may purchase directly from any of Cradlepoint’s state-approved Authorized Resellers.
• Fi$Cal Agencies: Use “FI$Cal Contract ID” assigned to Authorized Reseller when entering transactions in FI$Cal.
• Non-Fi$Cal Agencies: All purchase orders to Authorized Resellers must contain the California Cooperative Agreement Number and must be addressed as follows:

Issuing a Purchase Order

• 1. Select an Authorized Reseller
  2. Issue Purchase Order directly to Authorized Reseller
  3. Reference the Master Agreement number (AR3189) and California Cooperative Agreement number (7-20-70-47-02) and identify Cradlepoint as the Prime Contractor on the Purchase Order
  4. Ensure the PO includes all relevant information such as customer name, agency, phone number, ship to, and bill to addresses
  5. The Authorized Reseller will process your order and will invoice you directly. They will also handle all order tracking and escalations and provide pre and post-sales support.
  6. Payment terms are defined in your State’s Participating Addendum and are net 45 days.
