Participating Jurisdictions that have signed a cooperative agreement with the SPO are authorized to use this contract. Additionally, pursuant to HRS section 103D-804, nonprofit organizations with current purchase of service contracts are eligible to use this contract.
All products and accessories in categories 2, 3, and 4 of the Master Agreement are included in this contract portfolio.
