The Cradlepoint FirstConnect program helps public safety agencies and first responders leverage wireless network solutions to connect the most up-to-date technologies and applications that help them act faster, improve communication, stay safer, and better protect their communities. This program is free of charge to Cradlepoint state and local law enforcement, fire department, EMS, and healthcare customers.

The FirstConnect Recycling Program is designed to collect, repurpose, and recycle products that have reached their end of useful life. The program is open to all public safety customers enrolled in the Cradlepoint FirstConnect Program and those who are in the process of becoming a customer.

It’s our way of investing in the lives of those put their lives on the line every day.

Connect with experienced installers

Emergency vehicles have unique requirements regarding router installation; wiring; antenna selection and placement; and connections to OBD-II ports, sensors, sirens, and lights. For accelerated solution rollouts, Cradlepoint provides access to its network of experienced partners, installers, and upfitters. Agencies without a reseller or installer with specialized skills can email FirstConnect@cradlepoint.com for a referral.
