Their support is truly number 1. The Cradlepoint (I use the IBR1700) is flexible and can be configured in many ways to meet your needs.
Their customer service and technical support team are second to none. They are available for your specific needs and issues and actually put together a team of engineers to diagnose and resolve a problem we were having that ended up being an issue with sim cards....their equipment worked perfectly and still does.
The units (IBR-900) are very reliable; I have been using them for four years now, we have 20+ units and have to have one failed. The Cradlepoint remote management is where it shines.

The cloud manager is great and makes managing about 90 Cradlepoint routers very easy. The devices have been very reliable. Their support group is excellent and very good with resolving my call immediately.
