Customers are able to access new Firmware through Enterprise Cloud Manager, through the router user interface Upgrade Options, and through the Customer Connect Portal.

FOR ACCESS TO DEVICE OR MODEM FIRMWARE:

Log into Cradlepoint Connect Portal

Customers who have active Cradlepoint entitlements have been sent Customer Connect login credentials.

No Connect Portal Login:

If your company does not have one of these entitlements, click to register for a Customer Connect account.
