Support for NetCloud Engine (formerly Pertino) Basic, Business, and Enterprise plans
The NetCloud Engine (formerly Pertino) service continues to enable IT and network teams to deploy virtual overlay networks in minutes to connect distributed people, places and things anywhere. The Pertino website (pertino.com) has been incorporated into Cradlepoint.com. Customers can continue to reach the NetCloud Engine (formerly Pertino) service at app.pertino.com with their Basic, Business and Enterprise level subscriptions; and they may continue to build networks and add devices by downloading the NetCloud Client from the Cradlepoint/Downloads page.
Excellent Cradlepoint customer support continues based on the customer’s Basic, Business and Enterprise subscription plan: View NetCloud Engine (formerly Pertino) Plans. Our Knowledge Base continues to include articles to support the NetCloud Engine (formerly Pertino) service here.
Customers are able to access new Firmware through Enterprise Cloud Manager, through the router user interface Upgrade Options, and through the Customer Connect Portal.
