Cradlepoint Sharpens Customer Support with New Worldwide VP

26-year international technology industry veteran joins company to advance global customer success

Popa is a visionary business leader with over 26 years’ experience driving international growth in technology businesses. He will report to Cradlepoint’s chief marketing officer, who is responsible for the company’s global marketing initiatives, including product management, demand generation, corporate communications, brand strategy, business development, and customer support. Prior to his role at Cradlepoint, Popa was responsible for worldwide service delivery technology and support at Hewlett-Packard where he collaborated with senior global leaders to innovate customer experiences. He has also managed customer support program strategies for Lexmark International and IBM Global Services.
