Information Technology Umbrella Contract — Manufacturer Based (Statewide)
The intent of this Contract is to streamline the procurement of Information Technology (IT) needs for Authorized Users. This Contract provides for the procurement of Software, Hardware, Cloud Solutions and related Implementation services from Manufacturers or their Resellers.
Cradlepoint authorizes select reseller partners as Authorized Dealers. Authorized Dealers sell to NY OGS eligible entities using this contract. The Authorized Dealer invoices the end user agency and accepts payment on behalf of Cradlepoint.
