How to work with the Ericsson M&C Hub

Who is the Hub?

The Hub is an in-house Ericsson agency intended to replace external agencies and save the company costs, supporting in the production of digital material. There are currently two locations in Hungary and India.

What are the benefits of working with the Hub?

What does the Hub do?

The Hub has eight service categories, each with several service types​: ​

What is the process for submitting a request?

To make a request, use the M&C Hub order tool to easily request one or more services in three simple steps:

Step 1 Click on the ‘Place an order’ button below and select a service category:

Step 2 Select a service type within the service category:

Step 3 Fill out the form.

Be specific and give as much information as possible, filling out all mandatory fields, including ‘Network ID’, delivery deadline, and information on confidential content.

Once the form is completed, click the “Submit” button. A confirmation screen will display to confirm your input.

What’s my Network ID?

Choose from one of these existing network IDs. If your work does not fit into one of these categories or for questions, please reach out to Sarah Liu, BEWS Financial Analyst.

What are next steps?

Once your request has been processed by the team, a member from the Hub team will send you a confirmation email with a link to it and an estimated time for completion of your project. ​
